These ambitious business professionals who are CEO’s of their own respective companies are excited about this opportunity. Dr. Daniel states, “I am excited, this is a great opportunity to support our business community.” Dr. Daniel, Executive Minister of Mount Olive Institutional Missionary Baptist Church and CEO of Motivating Factor, is very familiar with the inner workings of corporate America and general business. As a Certified Maxwell trainer and former Superintendent of Schools for Bridgeport Spaulding Schools, Dr. Daniel continues to live out his dream to help others.
As CEO of Shaping Solutions, Shiela Little has committed to using her experiences to create a place where businesses can come and grow, while managing their resources. “Starting Shaping Solutions presented its own set of unique challenges. I found that managing my financial and professional resources, managing a schedule, and maintaining the integrity of my profession within a suitable work environment was exhausting, as most small business owners may know.” Ms. Little is currently enrolled at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she will receive her doctoral degree in Business Psychology with a focus in Business Consulting and Industrial Organizational Psychology. Driven by her principles as a humanitarian and entrepreneur, Ms. Little has always had a passion for empowering individuals to reach higher heights in their personal and professional lives. Having a divers background in mental health, professional development, program development and community services, she is using her experiences as a former Associate Counselor at Delta College, a clinical therapist at Saginaw Psychological Services, and small business owner to design and facilitate programs to eliminate barriers to personal and professional growth.
Today Little and Daniel provide Employee Assistance Programming, business consulting, leadership training, executive coaching, professional development and motivational speaking to organizations through L.T.D. using innovative channels; while ACCESS Business Solution Center meets the ever increasing needs of the small medium business community.
